Cancellation and refund policy
In shortYou pay £23 per quote comparison via PayPal. Because we begin document analysis quickly after submission, you will be asked at checkout to give express consent for early performance, and to acknowledge that once your report is completed and delivered, your 14-day statutory cancellation right ends. If you cancel before we finish the review, or if we are unable to deliver, you will receive a refund via PayPal.
1. Service fee and payment method
- The price for a quote review is a one-off fee of £23.00.
- Payments are processed securely online via PayPal before review work begins. We do not store or process your debit or credit card numbers or PayPal account credentials on our website.
- There are no recurring charges, retainers or automatic subscriptions.
2. Statutory 14-day right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, without giving a reason.
3. Early performance and proportionate deductions
Because we start work quickly after you submit your documents, which is well within the statutory 14-day window:
- During checkout or document submission, you give express consent for review work to begin immediately on receipt of your documents.
- Cancellation before work starts: if you tell us you are cancelling before we have started reviewing your documents, you will receive a 100% refund of your £23 payment.
- Cancellation while work is under way: if you cancel after analysis has started but before the report is completed, we may keep a proportionate deduction reflecting the administrative, technical and analytical work already done up to the time of your cancellation notice.
- Completed delivery: once the completed review report is delivered to your email address, your right to cancel ends in full, because the digital service has been fully performed.
4. When full refunds apply
You are entitled to a 100% refund of your £23 fee if:
- Inability to deliver: we cannot perform the review (for example, if submitted documents are corrupted or illegible and replacement files cannot be provided).
- Significant operational delay: we fail to deliver your review within a reasonable time and you choose to cancel rather than wait.
- Cancellation before work starts: you send a cancellation request before our review work has started.
We do not issue refunds because your contractor later changes their quote, because of disputes between you and your contractor, or because you disagree with the omissions identified in the review.
5. How refunds are processed

Cancellation Request - [Your Name]. - Approved refunds will be credited directly back to your original PayPal payment method, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
